Arcane Bombardment can really set up some really abusive chains. So in an EDH game where reaching up to 6 mana is nothing you can cast this enchantment. Protect it.

Cast a Time warp. Protect it.

Cast a Temporal Manipulation! Since this is your first spell of this turn exile Time warp and play it for FREE!!!!

Take another turn...cast A Brainstorm...Exile Temporal Manipulation...then cast your exiled Temporal Manipulation and Time warp for Free!!!!

And as long as you keep casting Instants or Sorceries on each of your turns you can just keep taking extra freaking turns and watch as your opponents regret tapping out or letting you live.

I have no plans whatsoever to this kind of thing. I don't even have an Arcane Bombardment....I do have all of these Extra Turn spells in a Kenrith Twins deck....hmmmm.

Maybe this Enchantment suddenly pops in that deck for some reason. It probably wasn't me. It was Tibalt who put it there for extra chaos....
