"That One Tricyle"

I have this one tricycle which I am always fated to ride. I am not a very tall man at 5'4 but this tricycle was obviously built for smaller people.
So every time I ride this one I have to angle my neck just right so my head doesn't hit the low roof. And though the ride is usually short. The pain in my neck as we hit bumps is not pleasant.
So my question is, napasubo ka ba dito sa dimensions na ito kuya? Originally ba para sa mga sinsundo mo na kindergarten pre pandemic ang tricycle na ito?
