Loona released the Hula hoop MV awhile back and it has been on heavy rotation on my playlist as I work. The song is energetic and fresh. The choreography is one of the smoothest and pleasing to look at in awhile. 

Hula hoop is both a Homage to Loona's past as soloists and sub units as well as an introduction to possible new Orbits. The song talks about them making us go around them like a hula hoop. Like planets orbiting the Sun and that is what Orbits are really , we Orbit around this group.

This video has a lot of things for long time Orbits as well as those who have come recently to the fold.

1) Throwback Outfits. Some of them wear it and some of them do not. Notable is Heejin from Vivid , Yeojin from Kiss Later , Kim Lip in Eclipse , Olivia Hye and Gowon in Love 4Eva. Since I am also talking about Gowon. Great job that she has more lines in this song.

2) Throwback scenes. Again I might be missing a couple but notable are Vivi's track scene where she begins to run(which on closer inspection was actually Heejin!) . Yves hitting the rabbit with a golf club like the scene in New. Chuu stalking Yves with her camera. Haseul with a slingshot that we all know she used on another version of herself.

3) Loona Items. I already mention that Chuu with her camera and Haseul with her slingshot , then there is Choerry with her Mirror the one she uses to clone herself. Chuu on her Green Apple and I find it a bit odd that Yves is supposedly the apple of her eye but she is hugging the green one. Of course then you remember that Chuu and Yves are the same girl with different personalities , they love themselves. Except Olivia Hye who is still mad due to her abandonement issues hahaha.

Like I said there might be a couple of things that I have missed but it is quite fun to see all of these things pass by vertically like you were watching a slot machine hahaha.

The video ends with planets orbiting the Tokyo tower and yeah Tokyo itself. There are probably more Orbits in that part of the world right about now.
