I stand here on this straight line

The one that I hope leads me to you

My hope is somehow we would intersect

I was hoping that you were standing on it too

Someone once told me

with all the twists and turns

sometimes the straight path 

will always lead you there

III

So I stand here on this straight line

Waiting for that time

and I know for certain

I will see your smile.
