And so I stand again

before this blank canvass

And where I saw possibilities

Now only nothingness remains

And of the countless worlds

And infinite choices

Reduced to a handful

but a handful that maters

And so I start to shape

where the choices have fallen

where the echoes of a future

lay bare as does it often

To where I look 

and where the things that can happen

will happen and happen
