I am pretty sure what they mean is that this Hearse is powered by sex. Yeah Sex. Two tapped Creatures. But why oh why do you want to do it in a hearse? Or is it daytime travel sex for vampires then?
At least someone is still Thirsty back there in WoTc. And the Thirst shows. Probably the same dude who insisted on including Bird Watcher in Innistrad: Midnight Hunt.
Pretty sure this is a good card to draft or to have in those limited PR decks. A 3 Mana cost 5/5...powered by 2 tapped creatures aka tapping each other aka doing the vampire nasty. Yeah.
