You have no dream

You start with a whisper

and you end with an endless scream

We get older

Closer to death than yesterday

And you push me even further

You become colder

And when I try to explain

You just get so much angrier

IV

I have no other dreams

I already have what I need.

I already have you.

You turn away dismayed.
