"Doc In , Doc Out: That Baby Question"

Part of history taking is asking about past pregnancies. I guess one should always be careful when asking this as this might result awkward situations:
Doc: Nagkaroon na po ba tayo ng baby Maam?
Patient: (Turning Red) Doc naman kakakilala ko pa lang sa inyo. Di pa po. Gusto niyo po ba?
Doc:What???
