Slip into you dress of shimmering light

You are my angel for tonight

Dazzle me from the distance

I will watch for your dance

I ask why my eyes gravitate toward you

when there are 7 others on the screen.

All beautiful , All aglow

I still gaze upon you and not even know.

Maybe as you swayed your hips

you slayed me as well

And when you sing your pleasant lilt

You pull my heartsrings so well

As if in the movements you appear

Time stand stills

Interrupted by the moments when you are gone

Until you reappear, time stand stills
