"True Name Nemesis: Alliance Former"

Countless stories tell that when someone knows your true name they would have power over you. This is the basis for a lot of the magic that has been part of folklore and myth all over the world. In the game of EDH , those who are named are doomed to have a 3/1 creature attacking them again and again until they die.Commander 2013 offers such a wonderfu creature.
Welcome the True Name Nemesis. For 2 Blue and 1 Colorless mana you could name any of your opponents on the battlefield and this creature gains protection from that player for the rest of the game. Yup , no walls , no creatures , no spells or abilities could protect him from the 3/1 onslaught that would be coming.
So what should you do when you are the player chosen? The best way to survive is make alliances. Have a neighbor take care of the nuisance and offer something in return. Like peace and support for example until you are the only two remaining players.Let us hope that you have something to offer the others so that they could take this creature off your back.
Now another thing that is bound to happen when this creature hits the board is that your opponents could now smell blood. 3 damage per attack is nothing and it would take quite awhile for the True Name Nemesis to actually kill you but it is a solid 3 damage every turn. Now if your opponents are like vultures you would now notice that they would be attacking you little by little but with increasing frequency. Just a little push to get you going...to your grave.
The True Name Nemesis might turn out just to be another blue creature but what it does offer is a little insight into the mind of those that would be your allies or your true foes in the game. See for yourself. Name a Name. And see the polarities shift.
