"The Pretentiousness of Words"
by:
Virgilio F. De leon Jr.MD
I
Hearts wonder where
Words dreamt to dare
Insanely blazing a path
Though it leads nowhere
II
Dying feelings in it's wake
The Phoenix flies
Hoping for better things
Another dream dies
III
Words don't suffice
As hearts freeze
Oblivion is calling now
Hope is the disease.
