We usually have patients who come in due to LBM. Some of them much worse than others. Others are worse due to lack of sleep. So when one came in due to this:

Me: "Kamusta naman po yung dumi natin?"

Patient: "Ah ano po...Malambot na po yung tubig."

Me: "So malambot po. Parang tubig?"

Patient: "Opo"

Kinabahan ako kung bakit lumambot yung tubig bigla eh
