I

I did not know I was tired

Till I laid down my head

That I lay so still

And a day went ahead

II

In a blink I saw

I was already in the future

A little bit better

Just a little fresher

III

But I sat there afraid

that my body had betrayed me

If I had been so tired

How did I not know it?
