I 

I remember not being able to breathe

Choking on a piece of beef

My lips have already turned purple

but somehow you have reached me with one leap

II

And you saved me 

With the Heimlich you have performed so well

I saw the concern in your eyes

I know you were suffering as if in hell

III

I swore back then that I will save you

When it was my turn

But  I should have known what would have happened

I have failed you as well.
