"Coreset 2020 Planeswalker decks - Chandra"

Now that I am officially sick and have some time on my hands I actually got to look at the exclusive cards that can only be found in these planeswalker decks.

The deck to have caught my attention is that of the Red planeswalker Chandra. I know there have been so many Chandras to come out as of late and that this new Chandra will be swallowed up(in terms of attention) by the 3 other Chandras making their appearance in Core set 2020. 

And this is probably why I am writing this so that she might not be forgotten , even if she is probably a bit watered down than what we expect from a Red Planeswalker.

I just know the theme for this deck is non-combat damage and Chandra does encourage you to burn opponents. She also wants to give that little push for her creatures to claw a little or blow up a little for the spicy lethal damage.

Case in point is this creature:

Wildfire Elemental. 

Where it has that static triggered ability 

that gives creatures you control +1/0 every time an opponent  is dealt non-combat damage. Sure +1/0 doesn't seem much. except when you have huge elementals or plenty of elemental 1/1's receiving the stat booost or many many triggers of the said ability. And Chandra also has that particular creature in this deck.

Pyroclastic Elemental.

Yup another elemental that has the ability , pay 3 mana to deal 1 damage to target player. Yeah there is an elemental party going on here and the Synergy between Wildfire and Pyroclastic elemental cannot be denied.

Let us say that you put in Pyroclastic elemental in a R/G Gruul deck that has access to unlimited mana...You can just sink all that mana to it and then watch as each opponents gets 1 damage for 3 mana and feel the burn. This is going to be good in a Nikya deck...hmmmm.
