For those who bleed know this
When we bleed
We know that we are alive
Our heart pumps
Our blood flows
We can heal
We can be stronger
Our life moves on
Our story still unfolds
The trick and there is always a trick
Is to stop so that Life remains
And to never give up
until the last ounce drops.

Writers Note: "When We Bleed" is 2 of 3 of my Bleed Series. Where I sat down and just wrote something after a 10 minute time limit while focusing on the word Bleed.
