So when my heart stops beating

would you be there to make it start again?

Would it be different than today?

Or would everything be the same?

I knew the answer even before you spoke

I knew those eyes have really lost their glow

and all this time that I was with you

my heart just beat so slow , so slow

And I wanted to smile

And I wanted to laugh

and know that feeling 

that simple wish to be alive

But I know for sure when my heart stops beating

I know that I will be truly dead

The person who always brought me back

That person has changed
