"Balete Drive Hand"

During my Senior Internship in De Los Santos Medical Center , one of my residents asked me to accompany her to get some of her clothes in her condo nearby.
The trip was very fast because it was midnight and there were only a few cars on the road. E. Rodriguez seemed like a very lonely place. We were at my Resident's Condo in less than 15 minutes.
On our way back we were chatting when I saw something out of the ordinary. I was driving and on the left side of the road there was a hand waving at us. I slowed down to look at the hand which seemed to be floating in the air. It might have been some trick but there it was. A real floating hand that had no business to float like that. It was still waving at us when I decided to floor the car. My resident was surprised at the sudden acceleration and I did not answer her until we reached the KFC that meant we were already on E.Rodriguez again.
"Why did you speed up?" My resident asked again.
I told her what I saw and she had to look back at the place where we came from. It was still lined with old quiet houses and balete trees. It was the infamous Balete Drive. Where a white lady reportedly rides taxi cabs and disappears. Reporters have claimed that this sightings were a hoax but I saw what I saw. It was a disembodied hand floating in the air waving at us.
My Resident was pretty shaken but we went back to the hospital and assumed our posts.
That was an interesting experience. So far, whenever me and my friends have a trip in that part of the area, we haven't experienced any paranormal activities. T'would be fun if we did though. Haha.
ReplyDeleteSome times those things are just there...kaya nga horror here in Asia is way scarier...you drive through the city and there are still ghosts among us...
